摘要
目的观察黄葵胶囊对原发性IgA肾病患者肾脏及微炎症指标的影响。方法将50例原发性IgA肾病患者随机分为对照组与黄葵胶囊组,各25例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,黄葵胶囊组在对照组基础上加用黄葵胶囊,两组患者均治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗前后肾脏指标和微炎症指标的变化,以及两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,黄葵胶囊组血清白蛋白高于治疗前和对照组,尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶和24 h尿蛋白均低于治疗前及对照组;D-二聚体、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和高敏C反应蛋白亦均较低于治疗前及对照组;治疗总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊辅助治疗原发性IgA肾病可降低患者的尿蛋白、D-二聚体、vWF、高敏C反应蛋白水平,提高患者血清白蛋白水平及疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of Huangkui Capsule on kindey and microinflammation indicators in patients with primary IgA nephropathy.Methods Fifty patients with primary IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and Huangkui Capsule group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,while those in the Huangkui Capsule group were treated with Huangkui Capsule on the basis of therapy in the control group,and the treatment lasted for 12 weeks in both groups.The changes in renal indices and microinflammation indicators before and after treatment,as well as the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum albumin in the Huangkui Capsule group was higher than that before treatment or in the control group,and urinary N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosidase and 24-hour urinary protein level were lower than those before treatment or in the control group;D-dimer,von Willebrand factor(vWF)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the Huangkui Capsule group were lower than those before treatment or in the control group(all P<0.05);the Huangkui Capsule group exhibited a higher total therapeutic effective rate than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Huangkui Capsule can reduce the levels of urinary protein,D-dimer,vWF and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with primary IgA nephropathy,improving patients’serum albumin level and efficacy.
