智能主动纠偏施工模拟与实测研究

摘要 钢管混凝土拱桥无支架施工缆索吊运拱肋过程中,每跨工序的施工都会影响其塔架的变形,并对扣挂其上的拱肋具有联动效应.以马滩红水河大桥为背景,介绍了塔架变形过程中的智能主动纠偏技术并分析了智能主动纠偏技术对塔架自身的影响,结果表明主动控制影响的只是结构的几何刚度,并不改变其质量状态即主动调控可以大幅度调整塔架的偏位,但是其对塔架的应力及内力整体来说敏感性很低,塔架处于安全状态. In the process of lifting the arch ribs of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge without the support from the construction cables,the construction of each span process will affect the deformation of the tower,and has the linkage effect of the arch ribs on the buckle.Based on the Hongshui River Bridge in Matan,the intelligent active rectification technology in the deformation process of the tower was introduced and the influence of the intelligent active rectification technology on the tower itself was analyzed.The results show that the active control only affects the geometric rigidity of the structure,and the quality state is not changed;the active regulation force has a significant influence on the lateral displacement of the tower,but its sensitivity to the stress and internal force of the tower as a whole is very low,so the tower is in a safe state.
