摘要
基于院校影响因素理论模型,分析并构建了侧重质量生成过程和学生发展的本科生教育IPO质量评价模型及指标体系。利用此评价模型及指标体系调查了12所高校的1095名本科生,发现在输入质量中存在本科生专业选择忽视内在动机、学习目标缺乏志向等问题;在过程质量中存在学生学习投入度整体不高、课程教学满意度过低等问题;在结果质量中存在学生学习进步情况不容乐观,专业志趣、职业信心和自我满意度偏低的问题。提出了对策建议。
Based on the theoretical model of influencing factors of colleges and universities,the IP0 quality evaluation model and index system of undergraduate education focusing on quality generation process and student development are analyzed and constructed.Using this evaluation model and indicator system,1095 undergraduate students from 12 colleges and universities were investigated.It is found that:in the quality of input,there are problems such as the undergraduate s professional choice of neglecting the intrinsic motivation and lack of ambition in learning objectives;in the quality of the process,there are problems such as the overall low level of student investment and the low satisfaction with the curriculum;and the quality of the results among the problems,students learning progress is not optimistic,and their professional ambition,professional confidence and self-satisfaction are low.According to these,the countermeasures were suggested.
