摘要
近年来,海洋石油平台组块尺寸越来越大,而甲板片是平台组块的重要组成单元,单层甲板片的尺寸和重量也随之增大。作为构成组块的基层单元,甲板片精度控制的好坏,关系到整个组块的尺寸和精度。本文通过研究甲板片精度控制的影响因素,逐项对这些因素进行分析讨论,确定主要影响因素,并针对这些因素采取相应的施工工艺措施,对组块甲板片的施工工艺进行规范,通过合理的施工工艺及过程控制,保证产品满足最终的质量公差要求,顺利交付。
In recent years,offshore oil platform blocks have become larger and larger,and deck plates are an important component of platform blocks,and the size and weight of single-layer deck plates have also increased.As the base unit that constitutes the block,the accuracy control of the deck piece is related to the size and precision of the entire block.In this paper,by studying the influencing factors of deck precision control,these factors are analyzed and discussed item by item,the main influencing factors are determined,and corresponding construction measures are taken for these factors to standardize the construction process of the block deck piece and pass reasonable Construction process and process control to ensure that the product meets the final quality tolerance requirements and is delivered smoothly.
