摘要
实训教学是信息管理与信息系统专业推行新工科办学模式的重要环节,其结合了课堂教学和企业定岗实习的优势,通过校内模拟实际工作环境,以来自真实项目的实际案例进行教学,教学过程理论结合实践,培养学生在专业技能、实践经验、工作方法、团队合作等方面的综合能力。实训教学强调学生的参与式学习,有利于培养学生的工程意识,能够显著提高人才培养质量。
Practical training teaching is an important link in the implementation of "new subject" school-running mode in information management and information system specialty.It combines the advantages of classroom teaching and fixed-post practice in enterprises.Through simulating the actual working environment in schools,it has been taught by actual cases from real projects.The theory of teaching process is combined with practice in order to cultivate students’ professional skills,practical experience,working methods and teams.Comprehensive competence in cooperation and other aspects.Practice teaching emphasizes students’ participatory learning,which is conducive to cultivating students’ engineering consciousness,and can significantly improve the quality of personnel training.
