摘要
利用超声波法制备ZnO/Au-Pt纳米复合物,将其修饰在金电极上,固载甲胎蛋白抗体,从而构建一种甲胎蛋白免疫传感器.以循环伏安法对电极修饰的过程与性能进行表征.实验结果显示,该免疫传感器对甲胎蛋白有良好的电流响应.在优化实验条件下,免疫传感器分别在抗原浓度(0.1~1.0)ng·mL^-1和(1.0~200)ng·mL^-1范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.03ng·mL^-1.
In order to make the AFP immune sensor,the ZnO/Au-Pt nanocomposites were prepared by ultrasound,and then embellished onto the gold electrode to immobilize alpha-fetoprotein antibody.The modified process and property of electrode were characterized by cyclic voltaimmetry.The result showed that the immune sensor has a quite sensitive current response to AFP.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the immune sensor displays a good linear relationship when the antigen concentration is between 0.1~1.0 ng·mL^-1 and 1.0~200 ng·mL^-1 with a detection limit of(3 S/N)of 0.003 ng·mL^-1.
