藏香猪母猪泌乳期日粮不同精粗比对仔猪增重及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different concentrate to forage ratios on weight gain and serum biochemical indexes of piglets during lactation period

摘要 试验旨在研究泌乳期藏香猪母猪日粮精粗配比对仔猪增重和免疫力的影响。选择年龄、胎次和体况相近的泌乳期藏香猪母猪30头,随机分为3组,每组10头;3组母猪日粮的能量和蛋白水平相同,而粗饲料添加量分别为5%、10%和15%,试验期28 d。测定仔猪的日增重、成活率、母猪的耗料量以及血清中的IgM、IgG、CHOL、IgA的含量。结果表明:泌乳期藏香猪母猪日粮中添加5%、10%和15%的燕麦青干草,对仔猪日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);5%组和10%组仔猪成活率无明显差异,但分别比15%组高12.72%和12.57%;母猪耗料量随日粮中粗饲料添加量的提高而增加;日粮中添加10%燕麦青干草组的仔猪28日龄血清免疫球蛋白IgM和IgA显著高于其它两组(P<0.05);IgG和CHOL各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示,藏香猪母猪泌乳期日粮中添加10%的燕麦青干草较为适宜。 The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of the ratio of concentrate and forage on the weight gain and immunity of piglets during lactation period. A total of 30 sows were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, 10 in each group. The energy and protein levels in the 3 groups were the same, while the roughage intake was 5%, 10% and 15%, respectively, and the test period was 28 days. The daily gain, survival rate, feed consumption of sows and the contents of IgM, IgG, CHOL and IgA in serum of piglets were determined. The results showed that adding 5%, 10% and 15% oat hay in the diets of Tibetan Xiang pig sows had no significant effect on the daily gain of piglets(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the survival rate of piglets between the 5% and 10% groups, but12.72% and 12.57% higher than that of the 15% group, respectively, and the consumption of sows increased with the increase of the amount of roughage added in the diet. The serum IgM and IgA of piglets with 10% oat hay at 28 days old were significantly higher than those of other two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between IgG and CHOL groups(P>0.05). The results suggested that adding 10% oat green hay to lactating sows during lactation period is more suitable.
