摘要
针对厦门柔直换流站内组合式空气处理机组ZK40、多联空调机组产生的冷凝水较多,换流阀外冷水的用水量较高这一现状,研究柔直换流站空调系统冷凝水再回收装置,利用该装置收集的冷凝水,使空调系统废弃的冷量和水量用于换流阀外冷设备制冷,降低了换流阀外冷系统从工业水池汲取的水量,降低运行成本;空调冷凝水回收再利用,也是践行节约水资源、节能减排的一个很好的措施,可借鉴应用于其他换流站。
In view of the situation that the combined air handling unit ZK40 and multi-unit air conditioning unit in Xiamen soft-commutation station generate more condensed water and the water consumption of the cold water outside the converter valve is higher,the condensate of the air conditioning system of the flexible converter station is studied.The recovery device utilizes the condensed water collected by the device to make the amount of cold and water discarded by the air conditioning system for the refrigeration of the external cooling device of the converter valve,reducing the amount of water extracted by the external cooling system of the converter valve from the industrial pool,and reducing the operating cost;the recovery and reuse of condensed water is also a good measure to save water resources,save energy and reduce emissions,and can be used for other converter stations.
