摘要
脱硫集控室是燃煤发电厂脱硫装置的远程控制室,布置于集控楼的中间层,楼上为真空泵层,楼前为脱硫装置,未采取任何减振降噪措施。当脱硫装置运行时,楼上真空泵噪声通过固体传声进入集控室,周边装置噪声通过门窗辐射到集控室,使得集控室背景噪声较大,且以低频为主;另外,脱硫集控室内部墙体、吊顶均为硬性光滑材质,吸声系数较低,噪声在室内多次反射形成混响声[1],使脱硫集控室工作人员暴露在噪声污染严重的环境中,严重影响职工的情绪和正常的工作交流,存在一定的安全隐患。在不影响正常生产的情况下,通过对集控室内吊顶和墙体采取减振、吸声、隔声的措施,以降低固体声、混响噪声和外来透射噪声对集控室内的影响,取得了良好的降噪效果,保护了劳动者的健康,提高了企业的职业卫生水平。
The desulfurization center control room is the remote-control room of the desulfurization device of the coalfired power plant.It is in the middle layer of the centralized control building.The vacuum pump layer is on the upper floor and the desulfurization device is in the front of the building.However,there is no vibration and noise reduction measures for this room.When the desulfurization device is operating,the noise of the vacuum pump in upper stair enters the centralized control room along the solid sound transmission path,and the noise of the peripheral device radiates to the centralized control room through the doors and windows,which causes very large background noise for the centralized control room.And the low frequency noise is the main reason.In addition,the wall and ceilings of the desulfurization centralized control room are all made of hard and smooth materials,whose sound absorption coefficient is low,and the noise is reflected indoors in multiple times to form a reverberation sound[1].And the staff of the desulfurization control room is in the environment with serious noise pollution for a long time,which seriously affects their mood and normal work communication and also has certain security risks.Considering the prerequisite of assuring the normal production,the measures of vibration reduction,sound absorption and sound insulation for the ceilings and walls of the centralized control room are adopted to reduce the effects of solid sound,reverberation noise and external transmission noise on the centralized control room,which realize a good effect in protecting the health of workers and improving the occupational health of enterprises.
