摘要
按照理工科本科生创新能力的培养目标及过程控制专业必修课程"过程流体机械"的教学要求,建立了"喷砂罐气固两相流的数值仿真及动画制作"的本科生研究项目(SRP)。对喷砂罐的流动计算域进行了三维建模、网格划分、气固两相流动模拟计算及后处理,对喷砂罐内部的压力速度场及颗粒分布进行了分析,并将其制成了教学动画课件。通过该项目的实践证明,将理论与实际项目相互结合可以拓宽学生的专业视野,充分激发学生的学习兴趣与积极性,切实提高大学生的学习、创新和动手能力。
According to the goal of cultivating innovation ability of college students and the requirement of a compulsory course of process control major of "process fluid machinery", the student research program(SRP) of "simulation and animation of gas-solid two-phase flow field in sandblasting machines" was established. Under the guidance of the teacher,the students completed the modeling,meshing,gas-solid two-phase flow simulation and post-processing of the sandblasting machine,the pressure and velocity field and particle distribution inside the machine tank was analyzed,and the corresponding teaching animation was made. It is proved that the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical projects can broaden students’ professional knowledge,fully stimulate students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning,and effectively improve the learning ability,practical ability and innovation ability of college students.
