摘要
煤矿提升设备是煤矿生产中重要的电气设备,主要承担煤矿井下人员运送、材料运输等任务。在煤矿提升机的运行过程中,重要的是能够准确减速,保证制动性能的稳定。分析了煤矿提升机的工作特点:负载变化大、速度变化快、运输距离远。在此基础上,设计了液压制动监测系统。为了实现硬件功能,以89C52单片机作为控制核心设计监测系统硬件结构。其中,数据传输协议采用RS-485通讯协议,选择具有16位的AD转换功能的TLC4545芯片进行多路模拟量的采集。利用Visual Basic软件设计上位机程序,可以远程监控现场制动系统的状态,实现对煤矿提升设备的制动性能进行实时监测。
Coal mine lifting equipment is an important electrical equipment in coal mine production,mainly responsible for the tasks of underground coal mine personnel transportation and material transportation. In the operation process of coal mine hoist, it is important to be able to accurately decelerate and ensure the stability of braking performance. The working characteristics of coal mine hoist were analyzed,those are large load change,fast speed change and long transportation distance. On this basis,the hydraulic brake monitoring system was designed. In order to realize the hardware function,the 89C52 single-chip microcomputer was used as the control core to design the monitoring system hardware structure. Among them,the data transmission protocol adopted RS-485 communication protocol, the TLC4545 chip with 16-bit AD conversion function was selected for multi-channel analog acquisition. Using Visual Basic software to design the host computer program,the status of the on-site braking system can be remotely monitored to realize real-time monitoring of the braking performance of the coal mine lifting equipment.
