摘要 随着建筑消防难度的增加,物联网技术在建筑消防中有着快速的发展。传统的城市消防建筑借助物联网等先进技术实现信息化、智能化和自动化。从系统运行平台、业主应用平台、物业应用平台和维保应用平台4个平台出发,结合消防领域需求阐述消防物联网系统的功能及构架,介绍了物联网技术在建筑消防设施中的应用,分析了传统建筑消防系统的管理盲区,为建筑消防在设施管理工作的优化提供有效的参考依据。 Internet of Things technology has a rapid development in building fire protection with the increasing difficulty of building fire protection.Traditional urban fire-fighting buildings realize informatization, intelligence and automation in building fire-fighting with the help of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things. Starting from the four platforms of system operation platform, owner application platform, property application platform and maintenance application platform, the functions and framework of the fire-fighting Internet of Things system were elaborated, the application of Internet of Things technology in building fire-fighting facilities was introduced, and the management blind area of traditional building fire-fighting system was analyzed, which is for building fire-fighting in facility management. The optimization provides an effective reference basis.
