摘要
在PCBA加工完成后,需要对其进行功能测试,以确认功能符合质量要求。当前的测试方法需要测试开发工程较多的参与且效率较低。随着市场需求的多样化,同一机型的产品配置也会随之变化,使得测试程序做相应的变更。为应对频繁的需求变更,借鉴柔性测试技术,对测试程序进行模块化改造。基于此方法,提升了测试程序开发的效率,降低了测试开发工程师的维护成本。
After the PCBA processing is completed, it is necessary to perform a functional test to confirm that the function meets the quality requirements. Current test methods require more participation in test development engineering and are less efficient. With the diversification of market demand, the product configuration of the same model will also change accordingly, making the test program change accordingly. In order to cope with frequent changes in requirements, the flexible testing technology is used for reference and the test program is modularized. Based on this method, the efficiency of test program development is improved, and the maintenance cost of test development engineers is reduced.
