摘要 以铜川煤矿煤矸石为研究对象,通过分拣、破碎,选取粒径为2.36~4.75 mm、4.75~9.5 mm的煤矸石进行试验。将煤矸石集料用钙质溶液浸泡1 h,烘干至恒重,再用硅质溶液浸泡1 h,烘干至恒重,用压碎值表征强度的变化;利用SEM、EDS以及XRD等对试验结果进行评价。结果表明:氯化钙和水玻璃效果明显好于生石灰和硅溶胶;CaCl 2溶液的质量分数为4%,水玻璃溶液的质量分数为6%,在水玻璃中掺入0.75%左右的表面活性剂时,对黏土质煤矸石的强化效果最好;在氯化钙溶液的质量分数为0%~10%范围内,氯化钙浓度越高,耐水性越好。 Taking the coal gangue of Tongchuan coal mine as the research object,the coal gangue with particle size of 2.36-4.75 mm and 4.75-9.5 mm was selected for sorting and crushing.The coal gangue aggregate was soaked in calcium solution for 1 h,dried to constant weight,and then immersed in siliceous solution for 1 h,dried to constant weight,and the crushing value was used to characterize the change of strength.The experimental results were evaluated by using SEM,EDS,XRD,etc.The results show that the effect of calcium chloride and sodium silicate are better than that of quicklime and silica sol.Under the circumstance of the concentration of calcium chloride is 4wt%,the concentration of sodium silicate is 6wt%with 0.75%of surfactant,the strengthening effect of clay coal gangue is best.When the concentration of calcium chloride is 0wt%to 10wt%,the higher the calcium chloride concentration,the better the water resistance.
