摘要
采用将改性后的多孔硅藻土替代部分白炭黑和石英砂尾矿,按分别占填料质量比为25%、30%、35%的比例加入填料中,再与其他填料一起添加到苯丙乳液中制取能够吸附甲醛的多孔硅藻土涂料,并对改性硅藻土涂料的吸附甲醛性能、耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性进行了检测,试验结果表明:每平米涂板对1.0 mg/m 3的甲醛溶液吸附效率达到50.9%,耐水性:放置96 h无异常,耐碱性:放置60 h无异常,耐洗刷性:4500次无异常,其耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性能均达到或优于GB/T 9755—2014中优等品涂料的要求。
The adsorbing-formaldehyde porous diatom mud coatings were prepared by adding the modified porous diatomite,which replacing some of the white carbon black and quartz sand tailings,with account proportion for 25%,30% and 35% respectively.The adsorption performance,the water resistance,alkali resistance and scrub resistance of the coating were tested.The experimental results show that the adsorption efficiency of the sample to formaldehyde of 1.0 mg/m 3 is 50.9%.Water resistance:no abnormality after 96 h,alkali resistance:60 h no abnormality,scrub resistance:4500 times without abnormality,which is higher than the data of GB/T 9755—2014.
