摘要
为探究废胶粉改性沥青混合料在高速公路施工中的应用情况,本文以某高速公路改扩建工程试验段修筑为背景,通过对不同目数的废胶粉进行改性得到废胶粉改性沥青,并根据车辙试验、小梁低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验及浸水马歇尔试验等试验结果优选出最佳油石比,最后根据项目要求总结出废胶粉改性沥青混合料施工工序。试验结果表明:当油石比为6.8%时,废胶粉改性沥青混合料就有良好的高温性能、水稳定性,同时满足低温性能要求。
In order to explore the application of modified asphalt from waste rubber powder mixture to highway construction,taking a test section of a reconstructing highway project as background,the paper carries out the study.Using the modified asphalt from different mesh of waste rubber powder as the product sample,the paper carries out a series of test,,such as rutty test,low-temperature trabecula bending test,freeze-thaw splitting test and immersion Marshall test,the paper selects the optimal data,and then summaries the best construction program.The test results show that the asphalt modified by waste rubber powder has good high temperature performance,water stability and low temperature strength when the oil to stone ratio is 6.8%.
