摘要
表皮生长因子样结构域7(epidermal growth factor-like protein 7,EGFL7)是一种分泌型血管相关因子。大多数分泌型血管相关因子如VEGF、成纤维细胞生长因子2主要表达于成纤维细胞等非内皮细胞表面。不同于上述分泌型血管因子,EGFL7主要表达并作用于内皮细胞,当内皮细胞处于激活增殖状态时,EGFL7表达升高。此外,EGFL7作为内皮细胞趋化剂可与细胞外基质结合发挥生物学作用。基础研究证实,生理条件下EGFL7主要是通过介导Notch信号通路来发挥调控小管生成、血管形态及通透性等生物学作用。笔者总结EGFL7在正常血管生成及炎症/缺氧条件下所发挥的生物学作用,提出EGFL7有望成为血管修复和缺氧诱导损伤中的潜力制剂。
Epidermal growth factor-like protein 7(EGFL7)is a secreted angioenic factor.Most secreted angiogenic signaling molecules,including VEGF,FGF2,are mainly expressed by nonendothelial cell types.However EGFL7 is mainly expressed by and acts on endothlial cells.When the endothlial cell is in an active state,the expression of EGFL7 is high.The factor can also bind to extracellular matrix.EGFL7 can regulate tubulogenesis,control vascular patterning and integrity by Notch signaling in the developmental angiogenesis.In this review we summarize the role of EGFL7 in the developmental angiogenesis and in pathologic angiogensis.Moreover we discuss a potiential role of EGFL7 in vascular repaire and its use for treatment of hypoxia induced by injury.
