摘要 采用犬细小病毒PCR诊断方法对临床的犬细小病毒病料进行检测,通过序列鉴定确定为1株CPV-2c型犬细小病毒(命名为2c-I),与近年来国内分离株的核苷酸同源性为99.3%~99.9%,与国外分离株的核苷酸同源性为98.5%~99.8%。此外,CPV 2c-I分离株在267、324、377、440位点氨基酸发生了变异。通过构建进化树发现,2c-I隶属我国目前流行CPV-2c的分支,但与国内最近3年内分离CPV-2c存在一定的遗传变异。 The diseased samples of canine parvoviruses in the clinical were detected by PCR method of canine parvovirus. One isolated strain was confirmed as canine parvovirus-2 c(named 2 c-I) by using sequence identification. Its nucleotide homology with domestic separated strain in recent years was 99.3%-99.9%, and its nucleotide homology with the foreign isolated strain was 98.5%-99.8%. In addition, CPV-2 c strain mutated in amino acids 267, 324, 377, and 440. Through constructing the phylogenetic tree, it was found that 2 c-I belonged to the current CPV-2 c branch in China, but there was a certain genetic variation compared with CPV-2 c isolated strain in the last three years.
