摘要
针对电器电子产品有害物质限制使用(RoHS)符合性检测时,样品拆分和X荧光光谱仪筛选测试两个过程中存在影响结果一致性和准确性的原因进行深入分析,并依据标准SJ/T 11692-2017《电子电气产品限用物质检测样品拆分指南》和GB/T 33352-2016《电子电气产品中限用物质筛选应用通则X射线荧光光谱法》对上述问题提出解决方案,最后提出电器电子产品RoHS符合性检测与评价过程中保证结果一致性和准确性的建议。
The problems of the sample disjointment and XRF screening testing in the process of the RoHS conformity testing which may affect uniformity and accuracy of testing results are analyized deeply,and acrooding to the standards of SJ/T 11692-2019 Guideline of sample disjointment for testing certain restricted substances in electrical and electronic products and GB/T 33352-2016 General rules of screening application of restricted substances in electrical and electronic products—X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry,the solutions for above problems that can ensure uniformity and accuracy of the RoHS conformity testing results are proposed in this paper.
