摘要
随着美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴战略的提出,中国的乡村建设面临重大的转型。本文以乡村微更新在晋江市英林镇的实践为基础,从"政-校-村"的合作、地域性文化场所的塑造、碎片化空间的串联三个方面分析了社区营造在乡村微更新中的成果;并总结实践过程中遇到的问题,包括文化内涵的表达比较浅显、社区运营理念难以落实、社区营造动力持续性不足等。通过对实践案例的认识和剖析,从挖掘乡土景观潜在价值、创建乡村利益共同体、拓展构建广泛的社区营造机制三个方面思考社区营造理念应用在乡村景观建设中的实际意义,以期为美丽乡村建设提供一种理论补充。
With the proposal of beautiful rural construction and Rural Revitalization strategy,rural construction in China is facing a major transformation. Based on the practice of rural micro-regeneration in Yinglin Town of Jinjiang City,this paper analyses the achievements of community building in micro-regeneration of rural space from three aspects: establishing the cooperation mode of government-school-village,shaping the place spirit of regional culture and connecting the space of fragments,and summarizes the problems encountered in the practice,including the easiness expression of rural cultural,difficult to implement the concept of community building,low sustainability of community building power,etc. Through the understanding and analysis of practical cases,this paper considers the practical significance of the application of community building concept in rural landscape construction from three aspects: tapping the potential value of rural landscape,creating a community of rural interests,expanding and constructing a wide range of community building mechanisms,with a view to providing a theoretical supplement for the construction of beautiful countryside.
