摘要
钢柱-钢桁架连接节点在钢框架结构中起关键作用,其受力复杂。文中以某综合服务楼为工程实例,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件对关键节点进行有限元建模分析表明,该钢柱-钢桁架连接节点在柱顶施加水平位移,钢桁架两端允许转动限定平动的情况下,破坏顺序依次为核心区钢管、方钢管柱端和钢桁架端部。该钢柱-钢桁架连接节点破坏模态呈节点核心区破坏。需考虑加强核心区与梁柱的连接,使钢桁架首先发生破坏,避免破坏时的突然崩塌,增强节点安全储备。
Steel column-truss joints play a key role in a steel framed structure and the force situations of them are complex. In this paper,the key joint of a comprehensive service building is simulated by finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that when a horizontal displacement load is applied to a steel column-truss joint on the top of a column and two ends of the steel truss are permitted to rotate without translation,the order of the joint failure should be: the steel tube of the joint,the square steel pipe column end and the steel truss end. In other words,the failure of the steel column-truss joint first occurs in the core area of it. Therefore the joints with beams and columns can be enforced to ensure that the steel truss first fails instead of sudden collapse of a steel frame,as well as to increase safety margin of the joint.
