摘要
介绍了湿式自动喷水灭火系统的组成、分类及工作原理,结合田湾核电站湿式自动喷水灭火系统的应用现状和运行管理经验,分析了湿式自动喷水灭火系统的闭式喷头、湿式报警阀、水力警铃、水流指示器、末端试水装置等设施在设计审查、施工安装过程中的常见问题,提出了针对性的解决方案或应对措施,为后续湿式自动喷水灭火系统设计审查、设备采购、施工管理和验收检测提供了参考。
The composition, classification and working principle of the wet sprinkler system are introduced. Based on the application status and operation management experience of the wet sprinkler system in Tianwan nuclear power plant, the common problems of wet automatic sprinkler system are analyzed, which occur in the design review, construction and installation process of the close-type sprinkler, wet alarm valve, hydraulic alarm, water flow indicator, end water testing equipment, etc. The corresponding countermeasures and solutions are proposed, which may provide references for the design review, equipment procurement, construction management and acceptance test of wet automatic sprinkler system.
