摘要
目的 比较纳米银烧烫伤贴与常规凡士林纱布治疗糖尿病足(DF)的疗效。方法 选取2014年1月~2018年7月DF患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。两组均予以饮食控制、药物控制血糖、抗感染、营养神经及改善微循环等治疗,并予以彻底清除局部坏死组织,充分引流,防止创面扩大,后采用不同敷料覆盖创面。对照组采用常规凡士林纱布覆盖创面,观察组采用纳米银烧烫伤贴覆盖创面。观察两组治疗后伤口愈合效果,8周后比较其临床疗效。结果 观察组肉芽出现时间、创面愈合时间、换药次数及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组临床总有效率较对照组明显更佳(χ2=4.07,P<0.05)。结论 纳米银烧烫伤贴治疗DF的疗效确切,能促进肉芽组织生长,显著缩短创面愈合时间,减少换药次数和缩短住院时间。
Objective To compare the efficacy of nano-silver burn scald stickers and conventional vaseline gauze in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods 86 patients with DF from January 2014 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).Both groups were treated with diet control,drug control of blood sugar,anti-infection,nutritional nerves and microcirculation improvement.They were thoroughly debrided to remove local necrotic tissue,fully drain,and prevent the wounds from expanding.Then the wounds were covered with different dressings.The control group was covered with conventional vaseline gauze.The wound of the observation group was covered with nano silver burn scald stickers.The wound healing effect of the two groups after treatment was observed,and the clinical efficacy was compared after 8 weeks.Results The granulation time,wound healing time,dressing times and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ2=4.07,P<0.05).Conclusion Nano-silver burn scald stickers in the treatment of DF has exact efficacy,which can promote the growth of granulation tissue,significantly shorten the wound healing time,reduce the number of dressing changes and shorten the hospital stay.
