摘要
计划管理包含四个方面,即编制、执行、调整、考核,这种工作管理的方式是以计划为基础,通过对企业各种经营活动进行指导和调节来达到管理活动的目的。当今社会的经济和信息发展速度都很快,面对新的发展环境,医院的管理也将面临新的要求。现在的医院管理更加趋向人本化、精细化和全面化,在医院管理工作中,采用计划管理的方式实行院内工作管理,建立工作的循环机制,通过工作计划、任务分解、任务执行、工作督查、完成情况反馈以及考核的计划管理流程,能够准确有效地落实医院的各方面决策,使整个管理工作更有计划性、组织性和步骤性,有利于提升院中层管理人员的执行力和院办的管理能力,也助于推动整个医院工作的有效运行。
Planning management includes four aspects, namely, preparation, implementation, adjustment and assessment. This work management method is based on planning and achieves the purpose of management activities by guiding and adjusting various business activities of enterprises. Today’s society is developing rapidly in economy and information. Facing the new development environment, hospital management will also face new requirements. At present, hospital management tends to be more humanistic, refined and comprehensive. In hospital management, plan management is adopted to implement inhospital work management and establish a circulation mechanism of work. Through the plan management process of work plan, task decomposition, task execution, work supervision, completion feedback and assessment, all aspects of hospital decisions can be accurately and effectively implemented, making the whole management work more planned, organized and step-bystep, which is conducive to improving the executive ability of middle-level hospital managers and the management ability of hospital offices, and also helps to promote the effective operation of the whole hospital work.
