LTD4、IL-6以及TNF-α在分泌性中耳炎中耳积液中的表达及意义 被引量:12

Expression and Significance of LTD4, IL-6 and TNF-α in Middle Ear Effusion of Secretory Otitis Media

摘要 为了探讨LTD4、IL-6以及TNF-α在成人分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的中耳积液(MEEs)中的表达及在SOM发病中可能的作用机制,本研究采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定32例(40只单耳)成人SOM患者中耳积液,从中取28例患者(4名拒测)的外周血浆及20例健康人外周血浆中LTD4、IL-6以及TNF-α的浓度并进行分析。研究结果表明,LTD4、IL-6以及TNF-α在所有标本中的检出率均为100%;LTD4以及IL-6在实验组中的浓度明显高于两对照组且有统计学意义,TNF-α的浓度表达与两对照组比较分析后无统计学意义,而LTD4以及IL-6在黏液性中耳积液中的表达明显高于在浆液性中耳积液中的表达,且数据分析后具有统计学意义。显然,LTD4及IL-6参与了SOM发病的免疫机制,与鼓室内炎症反应的迁延及中耳积液的清除有关。 To investigate the expression and significance of LTD4,IL-6 and TNF-αin middle ear effusions in secretory otitis media and its possible mechanism in the pathogenesis of secretory otitis media(SOM),the expression levels of LTD4,IL-6 and TNF-αin 32 cases(40 ears)of adult SOM patients were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(40 ears),as well as 28 cases of those patents’peripheral blood plasma and 20 healthy human’s peripheral blood plasma.The results showed:The detection rates of LTD4,IL-6 and TNF-αconditioning in all samples were 100%,and the concentrations of LTD4 and IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in two control groups with statistical significance;Whereas LTD4 and IL-6 expression in mucinous middle ear effusion was significantly higher than that in serous middle ear effusion,which the data analysis was statistically significant.It is obvious that LTD4 and IL-6 are involved in the immune mechanism of SOM,which is related to the extension of inflammatory response in the drum chamber and the removal of middle ear e ffusion.
