摘要
习近平总书记高度重视高校教师思想政治工作,多次发表关于高校教师思想政治工作的重要论述,这些论述继承和发展了马克思主义思想政治教育理论,为开展高校教师思想政治教育工作提供了理论指导,同时促进高校教师以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领、以校园文化和大学精神为载体,不断加强师风师德建设,整体提升师资力量的软实力,使所有专业课教学均与思想政治教育理论课同向同行,从而形成全员、全程和全方位思想政治教育的新局面,达到提升学生思想政治素养,促进当代大学生成长成才的目的。
President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to ideological and political work of college teachers.He has published many important expositions on ideological and political work of college teachers.Theories about inheriting and developing Marxist politics provide theoretical guidance for the development of ideological and political education of college teachers,which promotes the construction of teachers’morality to be guided by socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and takes campus culture and university spirit as the carrier to constantly strengthen the construction of teachers’ethics and enhance the soft power of teacher as a whole.This makes all professional courses be taught in the same way as ideological and political education theory courses and forms an comprehensive situation of ideological and political education for the whole staff,whole process and all-round so as to improve students’ideological and political literacy and promote the growth of contemporary college students.
