摘要
目的:探讨经尿道电切与膀胱药物灌注在腺性膀胱炎中的临床应用效果。方法:将某院于2017年1月~2018年1月收治的78例腺性膀胱炎患者纳入研究,参照随机数表法按照患者的入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组,每组39例。给予对照组经尿道电切术治疗,实验组患者采用经尿道电切联合膀胱药物灌注治疗,分别研究两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生率。结果:相对于对照组,实验组患者的治疗效果和生活质量评分更好,不良反应发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:采用经尿道电切联合膀胱药物灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎患者,可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床采纳。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection and bladder drug perfusion in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods:78patients with glandular cystitis admitted to a hospital from January 2017to January 2018were included in the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission,with 39patients in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral resection,while the experimental group was treated with transurethral resection combined with bladder medication perfusion.The therapeutic effect,quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were studied in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment effect and quality of life score of the experimental group were better,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection combined with bladder drug perfusion in the treatment of cystitis glandularis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
