大跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥带腹拱的V形0#节段空间应力分析 被引量:7

摘要 带腹拱的V形0#节段构造复杂,构件之间的交接处都是典型的深梁结构,其受力特征、破坏状态等与普通杆件有较大差异,通过空间实体有限元分析才能得到更为准确的细部分析结果从而反映0#节段的真实受力状态。以某桥为研究背景,对带腹拱的V形0#节段在最不利施工工况下的受力状态进行空间实体有限元分析,计算结果表明,在自重荷载作用下,0#节段的变形以及最大拉应力以及最大压应力均满足规范要求,其中圆弧倒角有效地避免了相应部位产生的应力集中效应,避免了混凝土开裂。由于结构存在局部拉应力,可以在V形支撑根部布置加强局部钢筋、采用钢纤维混凝土等混凝土防裂措施。此次分析可为类似结构的设计提供一定的依据。 The structure of V-shaped 0# segment with spandrel arch is complicated,and the junction between members is typical deep beam structure.The mechanical characteristics and failure state of V-shaped 0# segment with spandrel arch are quite different from those of ordinary members.Based on the Longmen Bridge in Guilin City,finite element analysis of the stress state of V-shaped 0# segment with spandrel arch under the most unfavorable construction conditions is carried out in this paper.The calculation results show that the defonnation,maximum tensile stress and maximum compressive stress of section 0# meet the requirements of the code under the action of deadweight load.The arc chamfering can effectively avoid the stress concentration effect and the crack of concrete.Due to the existence of local tensile stress in the structure,local reinforcement can be arranged at the root of V-shaped bracing,and crack prevention measures such as steel fiber concrete and other concrete can be adopted.This analysis can provide some basis for the design of similar structures.
