摘要
目的探讨标准化二次分诊模式在儿科急诊患儿管理中的实践与应用效果。方法构建标准化二次分诊模式:包括设立二次分诊岗及巡诊岗、改良智能化二次分诊系统、再造二次分诊流程,并在儿科急诊实施。结果实施标准化二次分诊模式后,患儿家属满意度明显提高、患儿候诊期间意外事件发生率及候诊时间均有不同程度的下降(P<0.01)。结论标准化二次分诊模式通过建立有效的分诊系统及流程,及时发现并调整潜在危重患儿的就诊路径,提高分诊质量的同时保障患儿安全,提高患儿家属满意度,提升儿科急诊医疗质量。
Objective To explore the practice and application effect of standardized secondary triage model in pediatric emergency patient management.Methods The standardized secondary triage model was constructed,which included setting up the triage post and patrol post,improving the intelligent secondary triage system,reconstructing the secondary triage process,and implementing it in the pediatric emergency department.Family satisfaction,accident rate during waiting period and waiting time were compared between the two groups before and after implementation.Results After the implementation of standardized secondary triage model,the incidence of accidents and waiting time decreased in varying degrees during the waiting period,and the satisfaction degree of the children’s family increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion After establishing an effective diagnostic system and flow chart of standardized secondary triage model,nurses can find and adjust the treatment path of potential critical children in time,improve the quality of triage,ensure the safety of children,improve the satisfaction of patients family,and improve the quality of pediatric emergency medical care.
