摘要
目的:分析广西壮族自治区人民医院科技人才海外培养的实践和成效。方法:回顾性分析广西壮族自治区人民医院2000年1月至2018年7月科技人才海外培养的基本情况、实践、做法和成效,并提出今后此项工作的方向、策略和建议。结果:2000年1月至2018年7月广西壮族自治区人民医院共派出科技人才海外培养512人次,专业分布有内科、外科、管理等9个专业;培养时间>1年者23人次,6个月〜1年者119人次,3〜5个月者94人次,1〜2个月者79人次,<1个月者197人次;海外培养地区分别为美洲173人次,大洋洲20人次,亚洲183人次,欧洲136人次;海外人才培养人员的层次分布比例分别为中层干部人才占55.5%,各级重点学科人才占61.0%,获得各级科技成果奖的人才占50.0%,高级职称人才占86.0%,中级职称人才占12.5%,博士、硕士学历人才占62.5%。19年来经海外培养的科技人才成为了医院人才队伍的中流砥柱,多人分别担任了医院的领导、中层干部、学科带头人,多人分别获得了国家、省部级、地厅级科技进步奖及科研课题立项,多篇论文分别在SCI、中文核心期刊、科技核心期刊发表。结论:科技人才海外培养是医院高精尖人才建设的重要途径,是医院科技、学术发展的必由之路。
Objectives:To analyze the overseas training practices and achievements of scientific and technological talents in The People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods:The basic situation,overseas training practices and achievements of scientific and technological talents in The People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during January 2000 and July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and the direction,strategies,and suggestions of this work in the future were put forward.Results:Over the past nineteen years,512 persons were sent for overseas training,among whom the training time was longer than 1 year in 23 persons,6 months to 1 year in 119 persons,3 months to 5 months in 94 persons,1 month to 2 months in 79 persons,less than 1 month in 197 persons.The trained specialties distributed in 9 specialties such as internal medicine,surgery and administration departments.In the overseas trainee,173 persons were sent to American countries,20 persons to Oceanian countries,183 persons to Asian countries,136 persons to European countries.middle-level cadres accounted for 55.5%of the overseas trainee,key discipline talents for 61.0%,people who had won the science and technology achievement awards at all levels for 50.0%,people with senior professional titles for 86.0%,people with intermediate technical titles for 12.5%and people with a doctoral degree or master's degree for 62.5%.Over the past 19 years,the scientific and technological talents trained overseas have become the mainstay of the hospital talent team,many of whom served as high-level leaders,middle-level cadres and academic leaders of the hospital,and some of whom have been awarded the state,provincial and city department level scientific and technological progress awards,and many of whom have achieved national,provincial and city department-level research projects and published papers in SCI,Chinese core journals of science and technology.Conclusions:Overseas training of scientific and technological talents is an important way to build excellent and advanced talents in hospitals and is the only way which must be passed for the development of hospital science and technology.
