摘要
在贵州G242改扩建项目中,通过研发和应用沥青路面施工智能管控系统,合理布设各类传感器和定位设备,对沥青混合料拌合、运输、摊铺及碾压进行全过程数据采集、传输、统计分析和智能反馈,并借助实时反馈的施工质量数据,对路面施工质量进行快速评价。研究表明,沥青路面智能管控系统的研发和应用,实现了路面施工质量的整体检验和全过程数据监测,有效避免了施工过程控制的不稳定因素,并可对沥青路面施工质量进行科学评价。
In Guizhou G242 renovation and expansion project, through the development and application of intelligent quality control system for asphalt pavement construction, and reasonably arranging kinds of sensors and positioning equipment, the whole process data of asphalt pavement construction including mixing, transportation, paving and rolling, was collected and transmitted, so as for statistical analysis and intelligent feedback. With the help of real-time feedback of construction quality data, rapid evaluation of asphalt pavement construction quality was done. Results showed that the development and application of the intelligent quality control system for asphalt pavement achieved the overall construction quality inspection and the whole process data monitoring, which effectively avoids the unstable factors during construction control process, so as to scientifically evaluates the asphalt pavement construction quality.
