基于分区加权Voronoi图的交通疏解组织方案

摘要 为减少城市轨道交通建设施工期间对城市道路交通的影响,保障施工点附近的城市居民出行通畅,创新研究了基于分区加权Voronoi图的交通疏解组织方案。首先,将道路分隔的地块重心作为点要素,分区域将地块相邻道路背景交通量中的饱和度作为权重,构建出行路径模型;其次,利用Arcgis软件将出行路径模型矢量生成加权Voronoi图,依据道路背景饱和度作为阻抗因素,筛选远端交通疏解绕行线路及设置有效交通指引标志方案;最后,以广州地铁11号线芳村站为例,利用分区加权Voronoi图构建了芳村地铁站点施工期间交通疏解组织方案,并利用Visum软件进行了方案交通影响分析,验证该方案的可操作性。 In order to reduce the impact of urban rail transit construction on urban road traffic during construction, and to ensure the smooth travel of urban residents near the construction site, a traffic organization scheme based on the partitioned weighjted voronoi diagram was innovatively studied. Firstly, the point of gravity of the road-separated plot is used as the point feature, and the saturation of the background traffic volume of the adjacent roads of the plot is used as the weight to construct a travel path model. Secondly, arcgis software is used to generate a partitioned weighjted voronoi diagram from the travel path model vector which is based on the road background saturation as an impedance factor, the far-end traffic detours are detoured and effective traffic guidance signs are set up. Finally, taking the Fangcun Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 11 as an example, a partitioned weighted voronoi diagram is used to construct a traffic deconstruction organization plan during the construction of the Fangcun subway station. The traffic impact of the plan is verified for the operability using visum software.
