摘要
《全国中医医疗管理统计调查制度》是经国家统计局批准的中医药行业基本医疗调查制度,其落实情况对于评价中医药服务水平、为制定中医医政管理政策提供依据等具有重要作用。本文在介绍《全国中医医疗管理统计调查制度》概况的基础上,系统分析了该项制度在落实中存在的组织机构管理不足、统计指标理解不足、中医药统计专业人员配置不足等问题,并从中医药服务人才培养、成果运用、统计利用方面提出相关建议。
The National TCM Medical Management Statistics Survey System is a basic medical investigation system approved by the National Bureau of Statistics for the Chinese medicine industry.Its implementation is of great significance for evaluating the service level of Chinese medicine and providing a basis for the formulation of TCM medical management policies.Based on the introduction of the"National TCM Medical Management Statistics Survey System,"this paper systematically analyzes the problems of insufficient organizational management,insufficient understanding of statistical indicators,and inadequate allocation of TCM statistical professionals in the implementation of this system.Relevant suggestions on the training of medical service personnel,the use of results,and the use of statistics.
