摘要
对光学瞄准镜镜身关键工序目镜端在专用夹具上的定位、夹紧方案进行研究,并根据零件的结构特点,设计目镜端专用夹具。采用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对夹具中的夹紧弹性件进行静态结构分析,得到其应力和刚度。在保证夹具强度和刚度的前提下,基于ANSYS Workbench软件的拓扑优化模块,对夹紧弹性件进行优化设计。优化后的夹具质量减少了10.8%,提高了夹具的整体稳定性和材料利用率。
The positioning and clamping schemes of the eyepiece end in the special fixture are studied, and the special fixture for the eyepiece end is designed according to the structural characteristics of the parts. ANSYS Workbench finite element software is used to analyze the static structure of the elastic clamping parts, which are the key parts of the fixture.The stress and stiffness of the elastic clamping parts are obtained. On the premise of guaranteeing the strength and stiffness of fixture, ANSYS Workbench software topology optimization module is used to optimize the clamping elastic parts. The quality of the optimized fixture is reduced by 10.8%, which improves the overall stability and material utilization of the fixture.
