摘要
为了分析三峡升船机试通航期间发现的齿条缺陷对运行的影响,采用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件建立了含有夹杂物及蚀坑的齿轮齿条接触三维有限元模型。通过解析解及非线性有限元计算,分析了不同缺陷对齿轮齿条运行的影响。结果表明,齿条内夹杂物及齿面蚀坑对齿条受力有不同影响。该方法对齿条内夹杂物含量控制、齿轮齿条运行维保提供了科学的理论依据。
To analyze the influence of defects of rack on the operation of the Three Gorges ship lift during its trial navigation,a three-dimensional finite element model of rack-gear contact with inclusions and pits was established by using Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software.The influence of different defects on rack-gear operation was analyzed by analytical solution and nonlinear finite element calculation.The results show that the inclusion and the pit in rack have different effects on the force of rack.The method provides a scientific theoretical basis for the inclusion content control in rack and rack-gear operation and maintenance.
