阅读疗法改善大学生焦虑情绪状况的探究——以山西医科大学汾阳学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 大量数据表明,阅读疗法有益于大学生的人格发展和自我实现,有助于维护其心理健康,适用于大学生心理健康教育。鉴于此,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对山西医科大学汾阳学院500名在校大学生进行调查,并从中选取94名焦虑程度为中度和重度的学生作为研究对象,对他们施以为期三个月的阅读疗法服务,观察阅读疗法对改善大学生焦虑情绪是否有效,对比阅读综合类书籍和阅读对症类书籍治疗效果的差异。研究结果显示,阅读疗法对改善大学生焦虑情绪确实有较好的效果;阅读综合性书目相较阅读对症性书目效果更为显著;在选择书目类型时应有所侧重。 A large amount of data shows that bibliotherapy is beneficial to the personality development and self-realization of college students, and to the maintenance of their mental health, so it is suitable for college students′ mental health education. In view of this, 500 college students in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University were surveyed with anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS) and 94 students with moderate and severe anxiety were selected as the research objects, who were served with bibliotherapy for three months to observe whether reading therapy was effective in improving the anxiety of college students, and to compare the difference in treatment effect between reading comprehensive books and reading symptomatic books. The results show that reading therapy does have a better effect on improving college students′ anxiety, reading comprehensive books has a more significant effect than reading symptomatic bibliographies,and emphasis should be placed on the selection of book types.
