摘要
以合肥一轨道交通线下穿合福高速铁路联络线、合武铁路为工程背景,采用三维有限元数值模拟方法,考虑不同地层加固范围,模拟不同加固方案工况下盾构下穿既有铁路引起的铁路路基变形规律,分析不同地层加固方案对路基沉降的影响。结果表明,加固盾构通过位置周边地层能有效控制路基沉降。最后结合本工程的特点及常规盾构施工经验,提出盾构下穿铁路路基施工时可采用的施工技术措施,为同类工程项目提供借鉴。
This paper took one line of Hefei rail transit passing under the Hefei-Fuzhou high speed railway connecting line and the Hefei-Wuhan railway as project background.Considering different ground reinforcement ranges,the three-dimensional finite element method was used to simulate the rule of railway subgrade deformation causing by shield tunnel passing under railway line in different reinforcement schemes conditions.The influences of different reinforcement schemes on subgrade settlements were analyzed.The results show that reinforcing the ground near the shield tunnel can effectively control the subgrade settlement.Finally,based on the characteristics of this project and the experience of conventional shield construction,the construction technical measures that can be used in the construction of shield tunneling passing under railway subgrade were put forward,which can provide reference for similar projects.
