摘要
钢轨预打磨是对铺设上道新钢轨的打磨作业,可以去除钢轨表面脱碳层,消除焊缝不平顺和运输、施工过程中产生的初始缺陷,从而缩短轮轨磨合期,延长轮轨使用寿命。多条城市轨道交通线路在开通前开展了钢轨预打磨作业,然而尚缺乏城市轨道交通钢轨预打磨的技术要求及验收标准。为了提高城市轨道交通钢轨预打磨质量,加强新建线路钢轨预打磨管理,本文对钢轨预打磨的技术要求、作业要求、质量验收要求及其发展方向进行探讨,提出了城市轨道交通钢轨预打磨技术要求及验收标准。
The rail pre-grinding is grinding operation for laying new rail,and always employed to remove the decarburization layer,the weld irregularity and the initial defect of the new rail during the transportation and construction,so as to shorten the wheel-rail running-in period and extend the service life of the wheel and rail. The rail pre-grinding has been carried out before operation in many urban rail transit lines,however,there are no technical requirements and the quality acceptance standard for the rail pre-grinding. In order to improve the pre-grinding quality of newly built rail and strengthen the management of the rail pre-grinding in urban rail transit,the technical requirements,the operation requirements,the quality acceptance requirements and the development trend of the rail pre-grinding were discussed,besides,the technical requirement and quality acceptance standard for the rail pre-grinding in urban rail transit were also put forward.
