摘要
工艺是连接产品设计和生产制造的桥梁,随着数字化和信息化的发展,数字化工艺技术成为企业提高生产效益和产品质量的瓶颈,因此数字化工艺技术的发展应用成为亟待解决的关键问题。主要介绍了数字化装配工艺系统实施架构及装配工艺设计过程,同时以某典型制导产品为载体在数字化工艺系统进行验证应用,实现了在虚拟装配环境下进行产品装配顺序和装配活动的规划,表明了数字化装配工艺设计的应用效果。
Process was the bridge linked product design and manufacturing,with the development of digitalization and informatization,digital technology has becoming the bottleneck for enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality.Therefore,the development and application of digital technology has becoming a key problem to be solved.It was mainly introduced that the implementation structure and assembly process design process of digital assembly process system.At the same time,a typical guidance product was used as a carrier to verify and apply the digital process system to realize the planning of product assembly sequence and assembly activities in the virtual assembly environment.It showed the result of the application of digital assembly process design.
