摘要
在衬套用W70钨-铜合金板表面电沉积镍-钨-硼合金镀层,并研究了鎳-鸽-硼合金镀层的结构、耐磨性及表面形貌。结果表明:镍和钨属于诱导共沉积。电沉积过程中,钨和硼进入镍的晶格中,能够抑制镍晶粒的生长,从而细化晶粒,大大提高了镍-钨-硼合金镀层的硬度和耐磨性。镍-钨-硼合金镀层呈现出小山状颗粒形貌,表面较为均匀、致密,属于Ni^Ws面心立方结构,摩擦因数约为0.12,磨损率约为3.72X10-6 mm-1·N-1·m-1。
Ni-W-B alloy coating was electrodeposited on the surface of W70 Wu-Cu alloy plate for bushing,and the structure,wear resistance and surface morphology of Ni-W-B alloy coating were investigated.The results showed that electrodeposition of nickel and tungsten belongs to induced codeposition.During electrodeposition,tungsten and boron entering into the lattice of nickel can inhibit the growth o nickel grains,so as to refine the grains and greatly improve the hardness and wear resistance of Ni-W-B alloy coating.The surface of Ni-W-B alloy coating was composed of hill-shaped particles which were uniform and compact belonging to Ni17 W3 centered-cubic structure.The friction coefficient and wear rate of Ni-W-B alloy coating was 0.12 and 3.72X10-6 mm3・N-1・M-1,respectively.
