高承压仰斜探放水钻孔固结套管技术优化

摘要 针对1102回风巷掘进期间上覆高承压裂隙含水层探放水钻孔施工过程中,出现的仰斜钻孔固结套管长度不足、质量差、放水量无法控制等问题,确定止水套管长度为16 m,采用“两堵一注”技术固结套管,并在孔口安装卸压控水装置,对钻场附近煤壁及顶板采取“注浆+T型钢棚”联合加固措施,保证了探放水施工安全。 Aiming at the problems of inadequate length,low quality and water flowage in consolidation casing of water detection and release inclined borehole in overlying high-pressure fractured aquifer at 1102 ventilation roadway,the author proposes the casing consolidation technology by sealing two ends and grouting with 16-m water-stopping casing,which can guarantee the safety of water detection and release construction through the installation of pressure-relief water control device and combined reinforcement with grouting-and-T-type steel shed in coal wall and roof.
