摘要
目的对慢性喉炎采用揿针方法治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2017年02月至2018年07月门诊治疗的104例慢性喉炎患者进行研究,随机分为试验组与对照组,各52例,对照组采用休声方法治疗,实验组采用揿针方法治疗,对两组患者治疗效果通过嗓音障碍指数量表(VHI)和症状体征分级评定进行对比。结果两组声音嘶哑、声带充血、声门闭合差等症状评分对比方面,治疗后两组各症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组各症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗总有效率方面,试验组(73.08%)明显高于对照组(57.69%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对慢性喉炎患者采用揿针方法治疗,对患者临床症状有明显的改善作用,治疗效果显著,有推广应用的价值。
Objective To study the effect of intradermal needling on chronic laryngitis.Methods 104 patients with chronic laryngitis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated w让h silence method,and the experimental group was treated with intradermal acupuncture.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared by voice disorder index scale(VHI) and symptom and sign grading.Results The scores o£hoarseness,vocal cord congestion and poor glottic closure in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(73.08%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(57.69%).The significance of accounting,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with chronic laryngitis,the treatment with intradermal acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the treatment effect is significant,which has the value of promotion and application.
