摘要 非学历继续教育作为正规学历教育的补充在互联网迅速发展的今天越来越受到各界的重视。非学历继续教育培训在完成更新和补充各类在职人员的知识结构、能力水平、专业素养等方面发挥了不可低估的作用。基于"互联网+"的非学历继续教育的评价模式越来越受到关注。在互联网技术与非学历继续教育培训不断深入融合的过程中,科学、客观、有效的评价具有重要的意义。本研究通过对现阶段我国非学历继续教育培训评价体系的分析,探讨了依据互联网的技术特性开展非学历继续教育培训的质量评价原则,提出了基于"互联网+"的非学历继续教育培训质量评价的创新策略。 As a supplement to formal academic education,non-degree continuing education has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life with the rapid development of the Internet,and played an important role in updating and supplementing the knowledge structure,ability level and professional accomplishment of all kinds of on-the-job personnel.Accordingly,the evaluation model of non-degree continuing education based on"Internet+"has received more and more attention.In the process of the integration of Internet technology and non-academic continuing education training,scientific,objective and effective evaluation is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the current training evaluation system of non academic continuing education in China,this paper studies the principles of quality evaluation for continuing education and training based on the technical characteristics of the Internet,and puts forward a few innovative strategies based on the"Internet+"quality evaluation of non-degree continuing education training.
