摘要
水稻种子在低温条件下的萌发活力决定了其田间出苗能力,与直播技术密切相关,并最终决定水稻的产量。本研究以114份水稻种质资源为试验材料,以14℃低温条件下17天的发芽率为评价指标,将种质资源耐低温发芽能力划分为强、中、弱三个等级。筛选到鲁粳1号、辐香1号、旱稻白芒、早桂选、87-45、IR36、津辐1号、60-7共8份耐低温发芽能力强的种质材料,为培育低温发芽能力强、适宜直播的水稻新品种提供了育种材料。
The seed germination vigor under low temperature determines the seedling emergence in field and is closely related with the direct seeding technology,which determines the rice grain yield. In this study,the seed vigor of 114 rice germplasm resources was identified with the germination rate as indicator under 14℃after 17 days. The germination capability of the rice germplasms under low temperature was divided into strong,medium and weak degrees. Eight germplasms including Lujing 1,Fuxiang 1,Handao Baimang,Zaoguixuan,87-45,IR36,Jinfu 1 and 60-7 were selected with high germination rate under low temperature,which provided resources for breeding rice varieties with strong germination capability under low temperature and suitable for direct seeding.
