伊曲康唑联合局部治疗对于真菌性中耳炎患者的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨伊曲康唑联合局部治疗对真菌性中耳炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2017年8月至2018年8月于抚顺矿务局总医院接受治疗的真菌性中耳炎患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用伊曲康唑口服治疗方案,试验组30例,应用伊曲康唑口服联合臭氧吹气治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后真菌清除率及临床疗效变化情况。结果 (1)对照组:真菌清除率46.67%,有效率83.33%;试验组:真菌清除率90.00%,有效率96.67%;差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论真菌性中耳炎患者通过口服伊曲康唑可联合耳道内局部臭氧吹气治疗安全有效,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of itraconazole combined with local treatment on fungal otitis media. Methods 60 patients with fungal otitis media who were treated in otorhinolaryngology ward of Dalian Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected. The experimental group and the control group were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method. The control group had 30 patients treated with itraconazole orally. The experimental group had 30 patients treated with itraconazole orally combined with ozone blowing. The fungal clearance rates of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. And the change of clinical efficacy. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral itraconazole combined with local ozone blowing in the ear canal is a safe and effective treatment for fungal otitis media with excellent clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
