摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/玻璃纤维(GF)三元复合材料,研究了PC,PBT,GF以及增容剂的含量对复合材料的影响。结果表明,在PC/PBT体系中,当PC∶PBT=7∶3时复合材料可以达到较好的刚韧平衡,拉伸强度为71.6 MPa,缺口冲击强度为10.21 kJ/m2;在PC/PBT/GF复合材料中GF可以起到异相成核的作用,提高了复合材料的结晶速度,随着GF含量的增加,弯曲强度逐渐增加,拉伸强度先上升后下降,缺口冲击强度先下降后上升;增容剂KH-550,AX8900以及PTW均能改善PC/PBT/GF三元复合材料的相容性,其中AX8900增容效果最佳,从力学性能表明,加入1%的AX8900,PC/PBT/GF复合材料的性能最平衡,弯曲弹性模量和缺口冲击强度分别是没有添加增容剂的1.13倍和2.11倍。
Polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)/glass fiber(GF)ternary composites were prepared by a twin-screw extruder.The effects of PC,PBT,GF,and compatibilizer content on the composites were studied.The results show that in the PC/PBT system,when the PC∶PBT=7∶3,the composites can achieve a good balance of stiffness and toughness,tensile strength is 71.6 MPa,notched impact strength is 10.21 kJ/m2;In the PC/PBT/GF system,GF can play a heterogeneous nucleation.It can increase the crystallization speed of the composite.With the increase of the GF content,the bending strength of composite gradually increases,and the tensile strength increases first and then decreases,and the notched impact strength decreases first and then increases;the mechanical properties of the composite show that the compatibilizers KH-550,AX8900 and PTW can be improved.Compatibility of PC/PBT/GF ternary composites,AX8900 has the best compatibilizing effect.From the mechanical properties,it is shown that with the addition of 1%AX8900,the performance of PC/PBT/GF composites is the most balanced,the flexural modulus and notched impact are 1.13 times and 2.11 times than the material without compatibilizer.
