摘要
基于对新型城镇化内涵的理解和河南省发展现状,从人口城镇化、经济发展水平、社会发展状况和生态环境四个系统构建河南省新型城镇化综合发展水平研究指标体系,运用变异系数法来测度2007~2017年河南省新型城镇化综合发展水平,并进行了实证分析.结果表明,2007~2017年间河南省新型城镇化是在稳步推进的,综合发展水平不断提高,取得了一定的成果,但发展质量不高,仍存在产业结构不合理、城乡差距扩大、人口和生态环境等问题.针对河南省新型城镇化进程中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议,意在对河南省新型城镇化建设提供参考.
Based on the concept of the new urbanization and the development status of Henan Province,the research index system of the comprehensive development level of new urbanization of Henan Province was constructed from the systems of urbanization concerning population,economic development level,social development status and ecological environment,the coefficient of variation method was used to measure the comprehensive development level of new urbanization in Henan Province from 2007 to 2017.The results showed that the new urbanization in Henan Province was steadily advancing from 2007 to 2017,the level of comprehensive development had been improving continuously,and achievements had been made,but the quality of development was not high,and there were still problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,sharp discrepancy between urban and rural areas,in adequate population and ecological environment destruction,and so on.In view of the problems existing in the process of new urbanization,suggestions and measures were put forward as references for the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province.
