摘要
目的:分析在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中应用宫腔镜手术的效果。方法:纳入2017年3月~2019年1月本院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者44例为观察对象,将其随机分成两组,各22例,对照组行刮宫术治疗,观察组行宫腔镜手术治疗,对两组治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果:从临床总有效率上来看,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组月经量对比无统计学差异,治疗2个月、5个月后观察组月经量均比对照组少,P<0.05;从术后并发症发生率来看,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中应用宫腔镜手术的效果显著,可以减少月经量,避免术后并发症出现。
Objective: To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps. Methods: 44 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019. 22 patients in the control group were treated with curettage and 22 patients in the study group were treated with hysteroscopy. The effect is analyzed and compared. Results: From the perspective of total clinical effectiveness, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05;there was no statistical difference in menstrual flow between the two groups before treatment, and the menstrual flow in the study group was 2 months and 5 months after treatment, compared with the control. There were fewer groups, P<0.05;from the perspective of postoperative complications, the study group was lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The application of hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps has a significant effect. It can reduce menstrual flow and avoid postoperative complications.
