离心泵切削叶轮消除泵体发热的运用

摘要 在生产工艺操作中,如果离心泵的流量、设计压力等指标高于工艺要求,在保障工艺运行条件的前提下,采用调节出口阀开度和打开回流阀调整运行工况的办法,将会造成泵体及管线发热,增大压力损失,浪费大量的能源。通过对离心泵叶轮进行切削,不仅降低了能耗,而且有效地解决了泵体和管线发热问题。 In the production process operation,when the flow rate and design pressure of the centrifugal pump are higher than the process requirements,the method of adjusting the opening degree of the outlet valve and opening the return valve to adjust the operating conditions will cause heat in the pump body and pipeline,increase pressure loss,and waste massive energy. In this case,in order to ensure the process operation,cutting the centrifugal pump impeller can not only reduce the energy consumption,but also effectively solve the heating problem of the pump body and the pipeline.
