摘要
英雄岭构造带英中狮58井为该区第一口预探直井,该区地形复杂、高压高含硫,钻井过程中发生溢流,针对应急处置的难点制定了相应的对策,经过4次压井及点火,注水泥封堵环空,成功解除应急状态。通过应急处置,从井场设计与建设、井深结构优化、配套井控和钻井装备等方面得到应急防护的一些启示,对该区今后安全钻井起到预警和保障作用。
Yingzhongshi 58 well is the first vertical pre exploration well in this area,The topography of this area is complex,high pressure and high sulfur content,and overflow occurs during drilling,In view of the difficulties in emergency response,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated,After four times of well killing and ignition,cement injection blocked the annulus and successfully relieved the emergency state. Through emergency disposal,some enlightenment of emergency protection is obtained from well pad design and construction,well depth structure optimization,matching well control and drilling equipment,It will play an early warning and guarantee role in the future safe drilling in this area.
